Laser based online detection of displacement deviation during casting clamping, achieving automatic correction of robot machining paths, ensuring equipment safety while further improving cleaning quality, polishing efficiency, and intelligence level;
By controlling laser local detection and polishing torque rings, adaptive polishing can be achieved for the deformation caused by the same product, improving the polishing quality of parts;
When grinding cast steel or characteristic materials, the grinding wheel may wear and deform. Through sensor detection and deformation repair, the backend software automatically adjusts the robot's grinding parameters and trajectory through calculation;
The polishing trajectory and process parameters can be adjusted online, and the operator can quickly modify the deburring parameters on the operation panel. The robot automatically adjusts the polishing speed, amount, and trajectory based on the parameters to improve the deburring quality. There is no need to teach the robot to make debugging easy to operate and improve debugging efficiency;
By controlling the spindle torque and current loop, flexible adaptive soft floating polishing can be achieved to better protect the equipment and ensure the variety of polishing products;
Integrated with ABB, FUNAC, KUKA, Yaskawa and other robots, meeting the file formats of STP, IGS, STL, etc., it can achieve online program editing and offline programming of new products;
